Describes an issue where Rich or Long Text Area fields in Service Reports PDF do not wrap and are cut off when exceeding a certain length.
When Rich Text Area or Long Text Area fields are placed on a Service Report, the entered text may be cut off on the PDF without wrapping if it exceeds a certain character count.

Line breaks in these fields are triggered by half-width spaces. Since multi-byte character strings (such as Japanese) often do not contain half-width spaces, the system fails to recognize where to wrap the text, causing it to display as a single long line.
