Your Salesforce Account Executive (AE) is your primary point of contact for all commercial and licensing needs beyond basic access to the Customer Portal. They support activities such as enrolling in Pilot Program & Beta Program, managing designated contacts in the Salesforce Help Portal and coordinating license renewals and contract expirations.

To add, remove, or update Primary or Secondary Designated Contacts in the Salesforce Help Portal—so support notifications reach the right people—your AE can submit these changes on your behalf. (Create and Manage Designated Contacts on Salesforce Help)
▪️Salesforce Org Expiration and Renewal
If a Salesforce Org is due to expired or lapsed licenses, your AE coordinates renewal or payment and confirms reactivation once new license keys are applied. (Access to Organizations with 'Expired,' 'Hold' and 'Locked' Status)
