When attempting to access the Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud) Messaging Channel Settings, an error occurs that prevents users from editing any configurations. This issue occurs if the "Messaging Channel" page layout has not been assigned to the relevant user profile.

Решение

When it is not possible to access the Service Messaging Channel Settings, assign the "Messaging Channel" page layout to the profiles that need to edit Messaging Channel Settings by following these steps:

 

  1. Access the following URL: https://[your domain].my.salesforce-setup.com/lightning/setup/ObjectManager/MessagingChannel/PageLayouts/viewPageAssignments
  2. Click Edit Assignment.
  3. Select the profiles that require access to edit "Messaging Settings," then click Save.
