Summary Fields at the Top of Matrix Report are not fully Displayed

Cause

On Lightning Experience, there is a technical limitation that allows a maximum of 19 summary fields to be displayed at the top of a Matrix Report when Stacked Summaries is enabled. If more than 19 fields are configured, any fields beyond the 19th will not be displayed.

Resolution

If you need to view all summary values, perform one of the following workarounds:

1. Create multiple reports to split the data, keeping the number of summary fields in a single report to 19 or fewer.
2. Switch to the Salesforce Classic interface to view the report.
