Canceling and Rescheduling Salesforce Certification Exams When Voucher Code Was Used


Did you use a voucher code to schedule an exam and now need to cancel or reschedule?


Please read the instructions provided in Exam Reschedule and Cancellation Policy and note the following:


If you cancel an exam for which you used an exam voucher as payment, the exam voucher will be restored. If your exam voucher has not expired, you can reuse the exam voucher code to reschedule an exam.
