Purchasing and Redeeming Vouchers
As a Premier/Signature Customer or Partner, you may be eligible for a discount on your voucher purchases. In order to request this discount, please see the instructions below.
Note: Only one code per individual can be requested each calendar month.
If you are a Signature/Premier Customer and want to request your associated discount for exam voucher purchases, please submit a case.
For Administrators
Log in using the account associated with your Trailhead Org. If you need to switch the Org, follow the steps below:
Option 1: From My Cases dropdown:
Click Manage All Orgs.
Select your Trailhead Org.
Click Get Support.
Ask Agentforce to create a case.
Option 2: From My Cases dropdown:
Share as much detail as possible:
Specify that you are requesting the discount code for purchasing exam voucher codes in bulk.
Indicate your Signature or Premier entitlement.
Specify region, according to your location.
The support team will validate that you are a Signature or Premier Customer. Once validated, they will provide you with a discount code to purchase vouchers on the Pearson’s Salesforce Exam Voucher Store at checkout.

If you are a Partner and want to request your partner program tier-based discount for exam voucher purchases, please submit a case in the Partner Community. To ensure proper case routing, log into your Partner Org when submitting the case. For more details, refer to the Partner Case Management Guide.
Follow the below steps to open your benefit case:
Navigate to Salesforce Help.
Log in using the account associated with your Partner Org. If you need to switch the Org follow the steps below:
From My Cases dropdown
Click Manage All Orgs.
Select your Partner Org.
Click Get Support.
Ask Agentforce in Salesforce Help to create a case.
In the case’s subject line, enter Partner Program Benefit: Discount Code for Exam Voucher Purchases.
In the case’s description, specify that you are requesting the discount code for purchasing exam voucher codes and your partner tier (if known).
When prompted to select a product, click Pick a different product / topic.
For Product, select Partner Program & Benefits.
For Topic, select Partner Training.
The Partner Community support team will validate your Partner Tier. Once validated, they will provide you with a discount code for team members to purchase vouchers on the Pearson’s Salesforce Exam Voucher Store at checkout.

Bulk Voucher Purchase (For Administrators/Bulk Buyers)
Once you receive your discount code (for Premier/Signature customers or Partners), you will use it when purchasing vouchers on the Pearson VUE’s Salesforce Exam Voucher Store. This process allows you to purchase one or multiple vouchers (bulk) and manage them.
Visit the Pearson VUE Salesforce Exam Voucher Store.
Select the certification exam vouchers you need and add them to your cart.
Enter your approved discount code at checkout.
Complete the purchase using your preferred payment method (Credit card, PayPal, Wire Transfer, or Line of Credit).
After purchase, use the 'My Product Manager' feature in your store account to download the voucher batch (in Excel), add individual team member emails, and upload the list. This will trigger an email to distribute the voucher codes.
Voucher Redemption (For Individual Team Members/Partners)
Once an individual partner or team member receives the unique voucher code via email:
The code is used as payment when registering for and scheduling a Salesforce certification exam through the Pearson VUE system.
Note that each voucher code is one-time use and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase by the administrator. Vouchers cannot be extended or reissued if lost.
