A Trailhead Playground is your personal environment to learn and complete Trailhead challenges. Trailhead manages the access to your Trailhead Playgrounds and you usually never have to worry about logging into them manually. However, sometimes you may need to know the username and password for your Trailhead Playground.
Pro tip: If you find yourself needing assistance with Hands-on Challenges, check out the Enhanced Trailhead Hands-on Challenge Support Experience to help you find just what you are looking for easier and faster than ever.
In most Trailhead Playgrounds, it’s easy to get your username and password. First, launch your Trailhead Playground by clicking Launch from any hands-on challenge. If you see a tab in your playground that says Get Your Login Credentials, great! Follow the steps in the Your Playground Has the Playground Starter App section below.
If not, click to launch the App Launcher, then click Playground Starter and keep reading. If you don’t see the Playground Starter app, that’s OK—skip to the Your Playground Doesn’t Have the Playground Starter App section.
IMPORTANT: Never change your username in a Trailhead Playground. This prevents Trailhead from checking your work and awarding badges/points for completing challenges.
