Access Your Section-Level Feedback

After you complete your Salesforce exam you will receive an onscreen score report. Your score report will show your section-level feedback, which breaks down your strengths and weaknesses in the exam section. After you complete your exam, you’ll also receive an email with your score report. To access additional exam details, visit the Past Exams section of Trailhead Academy’s My Dashboard. 

Receiving Your Section-Level Feedback Results

Exam results are only provided as pass or fail. Your pass or fail exam result is based on your total score, which is a single overall percentage of correct answers across the entire exam. Each Salesforce certification exam has a defined passing score percentage, which you can find in the corresponding certification’s exam guide. To learn more about your proficiency in each exam section, you’ll receive section-level feedback. For each section covered in the exam, you’ll receive percentage scores. The sections directly relate to the sections listed in the exam outline of the exam guide. The section-level feedback is not designed to provide an overall exam score. Attempting to calculate your score using the section-level feedback, will not provide you with an overall percentage score that determines if you passed or failed.

When reviewing your section-level feedback, please be aware that each section has a specific weighting that is outlined in the exam guide. The section-level scores are determined by your responses to the questions related to each section of the exam. Since each section has a specific weighting, it’s important to understand that not all sections are scored evenly. Refer to the exam outline of the exam guide to see how each section is weighed in the exam. 

Important Note: The section-level percentage scores are rounded to a whole number; no decimal points are provided.
