Q: Why is the Marketing Cloud Social Specialist certification retiring?
A: The Marketing Cloud Social Specialist credential has served the industry well by validating the skills of the Salesforce Social Studio community, giving you the prestigious right to say you were among the first to be certified to run your social media programs in the cloud. Due to changes within the program we retired the Marketing Cloud Social Specialist Certification on April 22, 2019.
