How to Email Yourself Your Certificate and Download Your Logo
Getting an Updated Certificate After a Legal Name Change
If you pass and earn a Salesforce certification, your certificate of completion will be attached to your exam results email and your logo can be found on your Trailblazer Profile.
You can also resend your exam results email and logo from your Trailblazer Profile if you lose access to the email.
Below are step-by-step directions on how to email yourself the certificate and download the logo.
From there, you will be able to email yourself the certificate and download its logo. The certificate will be sent to the email you selected for receiving notifications, which can be found by first going into Settings in your Trailblazer Profile, then Email Preferences.
Displayed on your certificate will be your name, the certification name, your unique certification number, and the date your certification was earned. We do not mail hard copies of certificates. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your exam results via email and for MyDashboard to be updated.
For certifications that require multiple steps, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, your certificate will be sent as a PDF attachment with your logo via email once you earn the full certification.
After a legal name change is processed on your account, your certificates can be downloaded with your updated name using the same steps above. Previously issued certificates are not automatically replaced — you must download the new version from your Trailblazer Profile.
Allow up to 24 hours after your name change is confirmed before downloading
the updated certificate.
