Review Board Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

 

This policy covers cancellations for two exam types: the Architect Evaluation and the Architect Review Board (ARB) Exam.

Architect Evaluation
  • Notice required: At least 48 hours before the scheduled date/time.
  • Reason required: Yes.
  • If cancelled late (within 48 hours): Marked as a no-show. Candidate must re-register at their own cost for a future session.
  • Refunds: Not available.


Architect Review Board (ARB) Exam
  • Notice required: At least 10 business days before the scheduled date/time.
  • Reason required: Yes.
  • Rescheduling: Not direct — depends on availability. Candidate must submit a new request via a case.
  • If cancelled late (within 10 business days): Candidate is responsible for rescheduling at their own cost.
  • Refunds: Not available.
