If you have a disability and need an accommodation to participate in a course, please log a case. We are committed to providing equal access and will do our best to meet your needs.

Q: Will I need a physician's note to receive disability accommodations?
A: No, we do not require a physician’s note.

Q: How far in advance should I request accommodations?
A: As soon as possible! The sooner we know about your request, the faster we can work to get you taken care of! Please note that our support team works Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. 

Q: What information should I provide when I request accommodations?
A: The name of the course, course start and end dates, and a description of the accommodation you are requesting. Please include any additional details that may be helpful to us (e.g. if your company doesn’t allow the use of certain virtual delivery tools).

Q: Will the instructor be made aware of my accommodations request?
A: Yes, the instructor will be made aware of your request prior to the course.
