How to request Disability Accommodation

If you have a disability and need an accommodation to participate in a course, please log a case. Our Trailhead Academy support team will work to provide appropriate support to ensure equal access to training. 

To submit your request, please include the following details:

• A clear description of the accommodation you are requesting
• The course name and start date, or the course you are interested in
• Any additional details that may affect your participation, such as accessibility requirements, technology limitations, or restrictions on approved virtual delivery tools within your organization.

 Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and work to provide the necessary accommodations.

Q: Will I need a physician's note to receive disability accommodations?
A: No, we do not require a physician’s note.

Q: How far in advance should I request accommodations?
A: Requests should be submitted as early as possible to allow time for review and planning. Please note that our support team works Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. 

Q: What information should I provide when I request accommodations?
A: Please provide the name of the course, course start and end dates, and a description of the accommodation you are requesting.
