We recommend thoroughly reviewing and preparing for Pearson’s global ID requirements in advance of your exam day.
Proof of identification requirements for an online-proctored Salesforce certification exam include a valid, government-issued photo ID matching the name on your booking exactly. Your photo must be recent and reflect your current appearance.
Pearson accepts the following forms of identification:

Pearson cannot accept IDs that are expired, digital, copied, paper-based, or restricted by law, including:
U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Common Access Card (CAC), or certain secure access IDs.
IDs from countries where OnVUE delivery is restricted: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic (Syria), Russia, Belarus, and certain regions of Ukraine (Donetsk, Luhansk, Sevastopol, Crimea).
We recommend thoroughly reviewing the Aadhaar ID Policy for Pearson. in advance of your exam day.
The ID must be a physical PVC (plastic) card. Laminated paper IDs are not acceptable.
The ID must be issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).
PVC cards that are not issued by the UIDAI are not acceptable.
The ID must have the following elements:
Your first and last names (which must match the names you used for your test registration)
Recent, recognizable photo
We strongly recommend reviewing Pearson’s Japanese ID requirements prior to your exam day.
While the Legal Name field on your Trailhead Academy Account only accepts Roman characters, government-issued Japanese IDs without any names in Roman characters, such as a driver's license, still satisfy requirements. Proctors will be able to validate your legal name by the phonetic pronunciation. Please note that when registering for an online proctored exam, Japanese IDs will be accepted if you choose a Japanese proctor.
