Introducing the Salesforce Associate certification exam! The Salesforce Certified Associate credential is for Trailblazers who are new to Salesforce (0-6 months of Salesforce experience) and who are invested in understanding and using the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform.

Q: Who is this certification designed for?
A. The Salesforce Associate credential is designed for individuals who have a fundamental awareness of how an integrated CRM platform solves the challenge of connecting departments and customer data, and who may have up to 6 months of Salesforce user experience. Understanding reporting, user administration, sharing, customization, and data management at a foundational level is also beneficial, but technical expertise is not required.

Q: Are there any prerequisites?
A: There is no prerequisite for the Salesforce Associate certification exam.
