Before taking your Salesforce certification exam at your chosen testing center, you will go through an exam security pre-check. Visit Salesforce Certification Exam Pre-Check Process for more details.
Once you complete your Salesforce certification exam, you will receive an immediate pass or fail result. This result will include your score report or section-level feedback, aligned with the sections in the exam guide, to highlight areas for improvement. You will have access to your exam results in the Certifications section of My Dashboard. You will also receive an email that will contain your results and section-level feedback to keep for your records.
You will be sent your score report and section-level feedback to the email address associated with your Trailhead Academy Account.
