Schedule a Salesforce Certification Exam

Congratulations on taking the next step in becoming a Salesforce certified professional! All proctored Salesforce certification exams can be taken online with a remote proctor or onsite at a testing center. An overview of each option is provided below; scroll down to learn more.

• Once you have reviewed the policies, you can locate the exam you want to take by navigating the certification catalog in Trailhead Academy.

  • On the exam page, you can select the Register Now button and then choose Online as your exam delivery type.

  • Complete your online exam registration on Pearson VUE.

Onsite Exam Overview

• In order to be successful taking your onsite exam at a testing center, be sure to review these helpful resources before your register for the exam:

  • On the exam page, you can select the Register Now button and then choose Testing Center as your exam delivery type.

  • Complete your onsite exam registration on Pearson VUE.

If you need to request accommodations in Trailhead Academy, go to your Trailhead Academy Account and scroll down to the bottom. Under Accommodations, please use the link to Request Accommodations and create a case with your request.

Keep In Mind

Salesforce certification exams are available on Trailhead Academy. To register for any Salesforce exam, you must have an active Trailblazer profile to be able to log into Trailhead Academy to complete your exam registration. If you believe you have multiple accounts, please submit a case with the multiple emails you think are associated. When filling out your Trailhead Academy Account, ensure your phone number has the correct number of digits and spacing based on your country.
