Schedule a Salesforce Certification Exam


Congratulations on taking the next step in becoming a Salesforce certified professional! 

All proctored Salesforce certification exams can be taken either online with a remote proctor or onsite at a testing center.

Keep In Mind

Salesforce certification exams are available on Trailhead Academy. To register for any Salesforce exam, you must have an active Trailblazer account to be able to log into Trailhead Academy to complete your exam registration.

Onsite Exam Overview

  • In order to be successful taking your onsite exam at a testing center, be sure to review these helpful resources before your register for the exam:

  • Once you have reviewed the policies, you can locate the exam you want to take by navigating the certification catalog in Trailhead Academy.

    • On the exam page, you can select the Register Now button and then choose Testing Center as your exam delivery type.

    • Complete your online exam registration on Pearson VUE.

Unproctored Exam Overview

Some exams are offered as un-proctored exams. These exams are available to take on your personal computer. You simply have to find the exam in the certification exam catalog and select Register Now on the exam page. You will be taken to Pearson VUE to complete the registration and payment process.

  • Note, unproctored exams do not require scheduling a date to take your exam. Instead, you are required to complete your exam before a specific date otherwise the exam will be canceled and not refunded. 

  • An unproctored exam may be canceled and refunded if the exam has not been launched yet.

 

If you need to request accommodations in Trailhead Academy, go to your Trailhead Academy Account and scroll down to the bottom. Under Accommodations, please use the link to Request Accommodations and create a case with your request.
