General Event Questions

Q: What should I expect?
A: While at Bootcamp you should expect expert-led training by our awesome Salesforce instructors, certification opportunities, networking, and fun.

Q: What’s the attire?
A: Trailblazer Bootcamp attire is business casual. Pack layers and check the weather before you arrive.

Q: What should I bring?
A: Trailblazer Bootcamps are a bring your own device (BYOD) event. Unless otherwise stated, please plan on using your personal device for bootcamp and certification exam(s).

Q: Are meals included?
A: This varies by location. Please refer to your location-specific agenda to determine which meals are included.

Q: Is there prework?
A: Yes. To ensure the best learning experience possible, we’ve identified some prework for you to complete before you arrive at Trailblazer Bootcamp.

Q: What form of payment is accepted?
A: Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. 

Track Questions

Q: What materials, if any, are provided?
A: Student eBooks are provided at the start of Bootcamp.

Q: Am I able switch tracks?
A: Yes, you can change your track as long as the capacity for the desired track is not full. Please contact your event-specific registration support team. Contact details can be found in your confirmation email.
 

Certification Questions

Q: Are there opportunities to take certification exams onsite?
A: Yes, there are 1-2 opportunities to take exams onsite based on the location of your Bootcamp. Attendees will have the option to choose a voucher instead of taking an exam on the final day.

Q: Should I take an exam?
A: Exams are optional, but we highly encourage you to sit for an exam at Trailblazer Bootcamp as they are included in the price of the event.

Q: If I don’t feel ready for an exam on the final day of Bootcamp, can I get an exam voucher instead?
A: Yes, vouchers are offered if you prefer to take the exam at a later date. Voucher codes will be valid for approximately 90 days after the event.

Q: Can I take an exam that doesn’t align with my track?
A: Yes, as long as you have met the required prerequisites for the exam you would like to take.

Q: Which exams are available?
A: Available exams vary by event location. Once you’re registered for Bootcamp, you’ll receive an email prompting you to register for a certification exam, at which point you will be able to see the list of available exams.
