Trailhead Academy Course Completion Certificate Request

Learn the steps to access your Certificate of Completion after successfully attending an instructor-led courses. 

Learners seeking their Certificate of Completion after finishing an instructor-led courses can follow the steps outlined below. 

Download Certification of Completion:

  1. Open the My Dashboard tab on Trailhead Academy - use your registration email
  2. Under Learning History, select your completed course, and click "View Details"
  3. Click "View Certificate"
  4. Save and download the certificate for your reference

If you didn’t receive your Certificate of Completion or are unable to find it in your My Dashboard in the Learning History tab, please log a case and provide the course name and the email you registered with.

FAQ

Q: Do I still receive the certificate if I miss part of the course?
Yes, you will still receive a Certificate of Completion if you miss a part of the course, pending the approval of your instructor.

Q: In what form does the certificate come in?
The Certificate of Completion will come in a PDF format.

Q: How long does this certificate last?
Your Certificate of Completion does not expire and will be logged in our records.

Q: What if I need my name changed on the certificate?
If your name has changed since attending the course, please log a case. In order to make this change, we need the original email used to register for the course and your invoice number. If you’re unable to find your invoice number, please log a case and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please note that our support team works Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

Q: Does the certificate belong to my employer or me?
Certificates of Completion belong to the individual who completed the course, regardless of who paid.
