Trailblazer Quests FAQ

Everything you need to know about learning new skills and winning fun prizes with Trailblazer Quests.

What are Trailblazer Quests?

A Trailblazer Quest typically involves completing a specific set of learning modules and hands-on projects within a certain time frame. When eligible Trailblazers complete a quest, they're entered for a chance to win* a prize. Past prizes have included community badges, gift cards, Salesforce Certification vouchers, and more!

 

Trailblazer quests are designed to be engaging and interactive, helping you apply what you've learned in practical scenarios, thus deepening your understanding and expertise in using Salesforce tools and technologies.

Why is my country not eligible for a prize?

Each country, and in some cases provinces and territories, has its own set of stringent legal requirements around sweepstakes and contest promotions. Some countries are more flexible about how these promotions are run, but other countries either prohibit these types of promotions or impose strict limitations and requirements on running them. The countries that are "approved" are those whose requirements we can comply with at this time.

We're exploring how to expand the list of eligible countries and hope to include more, as local sweepstakes laws permit.

When will I receive my quest-specific community badge(s)?

Quest-specific community badges will appear on your Trailblazer profile in the badge section within 1 week after a quest has ended. To view your community badge collection, click the drop-down menu in the badge section of your Trailblazer Profile and select “Event/Community.” Note: Road To Ranger and Beyond Quests do not have community badges.

How will I know if I have won* a quest prize?

After completing a quest, eligible Trailblazers will automatically be entered for a chance to win a prize. This means your name will be included in a prize draw for the quest(s) you’ve completed. Eligible winners will be chosen at random before or around 10 days after the quest has ended.

Eligible winners will be contacted via email from TrailblazerQuests@salesforce.com. Ensure your email in your Trailblazer profile is always up to date and don’t forget to check your spam folder!


Unfortunately, if you don't hear from us within two weeks after a quest has ended, you did not win.

*Rules and entry requirements for quests can vary each month. It is important that you review the official rules for specific quests on our Trailblazer Quests page. You must meet the eligibility criteria listed in the quest rules to receive a prize. 

When will you receive your prize?

Staples Promotional Products is Salesforce's approved vendor helping us ship your prize on our behalf. Things to note:

  • It may take between 6-8 weeks to receive your prize. 

  • If you have any questions regarding your order such as tracking or shipping address change, please contact Staples Promotional Products’ customer service team based on your region. Their customer service team email addresses will be provided in your winner’s email. Please allow up to 4-5 business days for Staples Promotional Products to respond.
