Everything you need to know about learning new skills and winning fun prizes with Trailhead Quests.
Trailhead Quests add another dash of fun to learning by giving Trailblazers different ways to earn prizes — just by using Trailhead! Why? Because while learning is its own reward, there's always room for a little extra motivation. A natural extension of Trailhead’s gamification roots, quests combine the challenge of learning new skills with the allure of winning sweet prizes.
Each quest runs for a limited period of time and has specific tasks for learners to carry out. When eligible Trailblazers complete a quest, they're entered for a chance to win* a prize. Past prizes have included community badges, gift cards, Salesforce Certification vouchers, and more.
Visit our Trailhead Quests page if you're ready to kick-start your learning habits and reach your career goals.
Simply follow the instructions on the quest card at trailhead.salesforce.com/quests. You can participate in as many quests as you like, just as long as you complete the challenge within the allotted time.
Check out a few of our monthly revolving quests:
BEGINNER’S QUEST
Must be a new Trailhead user and complete the Beginner’s Quest to be entered for a chance to win.
CLIMB THE RANKS QUEST
Complete the Climb the Ranks Quest and every new badge earned within a month counts as 1 entry (up to 5 entries) to be entered for a chance to win.
You can participate in the Climb the Ranks Quest every month. Please note that previous entries will not carry over.
ROAD TO RANGER QUEST
Unlock the Ranger rank and complete the Road to Ranger Quest to be entered for a chance to win a Trailblazer hoodie.
Your eligibility for the sweepstakes is limited to the month in which you achieve Ranger Rank. If you are not selected as a winner, you will not qualify for any future Road to Ranger Quests.
Community badges are limited-edition virtual prizes you can earn only by attending an event or completing a Trailhead Quest. These badges will appear on your Trailblazer.me profile in the badge section within a week of the quest ending; just click the drop-down menu and select “Event/Community” to view your community badge collection.
After completing a quest, eligible Trailblazers will automatically be entered for a chance to win a prize. This means your name will be included in a prize draw for the quest you’ve completed. Before or around 10 days after the quest has ended, eligible winners will then be chosen at random.
Eligible winners will be contacted via email from TrailheadQuests@salesforce.com. If you are receiving a physical prize, you will need to provide your shipping information by filling out a form created by our approved vendor, Staples Promotional Products. Staples will ship physical prizes to the address submitted in the form. Don’t forget to check your spam folder!
Unfortunately, if you don't hear from us within two weeks after a quest has ended, you did not win.
*Rules and entry requirements for quests can vary each month. It is important that you review the official rules for specific quests at trailhead.salesforce.com/quests. You must meet the eligibility criteria listed in the quest rules to receive a prize.
Every country has a set of stringent requirements around running sweepstakes and contest promotions. Some countries are more flexible with regards to how these promotions are run, but other countries either prohibit these types of promotions or impose strict requirements on running them. The countries that are "approved" are those whose requirements we are able to comply with at this time.
We're currently exploring how to expand the list of eligible countries and hope to include more, as local sweepstakes law permit.
