Filtering reports via URL parameters, such as "fv0 =", is not supported in Joined Reports.
For example, a user attempting to pre-populate a Joined Report's filter from a dashboard or a custom button using the fv0= URL parameter will find that the filter is silently ignored.
URL parameter filtering using parameters such as fv0= is not supported for Joined Reports because the Joined Report format uses multiple independent report blocks, each with separate filter contexts. The URL parameter filtering mechanism is designed for single-block Standard reports and cannot map parameters to individual blocks within a Joined Report. As a workaround, apply the required filters directly in the Joined Report's edit mode for each report block, or consider using a Standard Report with cross filters to achieve similar results
