Salesforce Billing Portal Login Guide

Login Instructions

Step 1: Access the Billing Portal

1. Open your preferred web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
2. Go to the Billing Portal.
3. A direct link to the Billing Portal can also be found on all Salesforce invoices and payment reminder notifications.
   
   

Step 2: Complete the Login Process

1. On the Billing Portal homepage, click the Login button.
2. Enter your registered Trailblazer Account (TBID) email address and click Next.

If you already have an active TBID session:

• • The login page will now display the email you are currently logged in with.
  • If you need to switch, click link following the text "Need to login with a different email?" Doing this will log you out and reload the login page so you can enter another email.

• For Returning Users: If you already have a Trailblazer Account, you are logged into the Billing Portal once verified.

• For first-time users: You will be prompted to create a new Trailblazer Account. Please proceed to the next section (Step 3) for instructions.

Creating a Trailblazer ID (First-Time Users Only)

Step 3: Set Up Your Trailblazer Account

If you are a first-time user, follow these steps to create your Trailblazer Account:

1. Enter Your Email: Provide your email address to begin.
2. Select Your Location: Use the drop-down menus to select your country/region and state/province.
3. Verify Your Email: Click "Verify my email." A single-use verification code will be sent to your inbox. Enter this code on the website and click "Submit code."
4. Complete Your Profile: Provide your First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Role, and your relationship to Salesforce. Click "Next" to continue.
5. Access the Portal: After completing your profile, you will be automatically redirected to the Billing Portal, and your account setup will be complete.
