In Intelligence Reports, you may be able to navigate to the dashboard screen, but the widgets within the dashboard (the panels displaying numbers and graphs) fail to load and no data is displayed.
This issue occurs when WebSocket communication is restricted in the network environment where Intelligence Reports is being used.

 

Intelligence Reports requires WebSocket technology to display real-time data and enable two-way communication. Use a site such as websocketstest.com to verify whether WebSocket communication is permitted in your current network environment.
Solución
If the network you are connected to does not allow WebSocket communication, switch to a different network and try accessing the dashboard again.
If the issue persists or switching networks is not possible, contact your network administrator and request that WebSocket communication required for Intelligence Reports be permitted.
