Platform Developer Certification Maintenance (Winter ’26)

If you earned the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification on or before December 8, 2025, you are required to pass the Platform Developer Certification Maintenance (Winter '26) badge on Trailhead by December 4, 2026, to maintain your certification.

This is a Trailhead badge, you do not need to schedule a date or go to a testing location.

The Trailhead release badge provides a blended learning experience to prepare you to successfully pass the Hands-On Challenge available at the end of the badge. Successful completion of the badge and earning the Platform Developer Certification Maintenance (Winter '26) badge will meet the maintenance requirements for the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification for the Winter '26 release.

NOTE: After completion of a maintenance badge, it can take up to one hour for your status to update.
