Q: What is the Pearson VUE Salesforce Exam Voucher Store?
A: As part of the new Salesforce certification experience, we are introducing the Pearson VUE Salesforce Exam Voucher Store on July 21, 2025. This allows any individual to purchase exam vouchers via this new e-commerce platform.

 

Q: How do I access the Pearson VUE Salesforce Exam Voucher Store?
A: Navigate to the Pearson VUE Salesforce Exam Voucher Store. Click Login/Register for an Account, then Register for an Account, and follow the prompts. 

 

Q: After I purchase my exam vouchers, when do they expire?
A: All exam vouchers expire twelve (12) months after the date of purchase. You must schedule and take the exam to which the exam voucher applies within twelve (12) months of purchase.

 

Q: Can exam voucher expiration dates be extended once purchased?
A: No, exam voucher expiration dates cannot be extended. With no minimum purchase requirement, exam vouchers should be purchased based on actual and anticipated need.

Q:  What are the terms associated with the exam vouchers purchased?                                               
A: Exam voucher offers must be redeemed in a single transaction. You must use the exam voucher and sit for your exam on or before the stated expiration date specified. Exam voucher codes are specific to the exams for which they were intended and are not transferable, assignable, or refundable, cannot be exchanged for another exam, exam voucher cannot be substituted for cash, cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes, cannot be combined with other offers, cannot be reissued if lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised. Each exam voucher code is one-time use and is subject to availability and verification of eligibility. Recipients are responsible for ensuring that they register for the correct exam. Offer subject to change. Additional restrictions may apply. 


Q: Can I redeem learning credits on the Pearson VUE Salesforce Exam Voucher Store?
A: Learning credits cannot be redeemed on the Pearson VUE Salesforce Exam Voucher Store. To initiate your exam voucher order using learning credits, you must log a case.

A: Taxes vary by location and product and are calculated at checkout.

 

Q: How do I establish tax-exempt status for U.S. customers?
A: To establish tax-exempt status as a U.S. customer, provide a copy of your tax-exempt status and account information to mindhub@pearson.com.

 

Q: How do I apply a VAT/GST tax-exemption to my exam voucher order?
A: To apply a VAT/CST tax exemption to your order, enter your tax-exemption number in the Tax ID box during checkout (except Greece and U.K.).

 

Q: What about VAT exemption for Greece and U.K. customers?

A: Allow one (1) business day for charges to process.

 

Q: What is the process for sending wire transfer payments?
A: When wire transferring sufficient funds, including fees, please follow the instructions on your invoice. Log in to the Pearson VUE Salesforce Exam Voucher Store, then navigate to My Account to view and print invoices.

 

Q: When purchasing exam vouchers on the Pearson VUE Salesforce Exam Voucher Store, can I apply for a line of credit?

A: Paying by check and bank transfer payments are only available in North America. Payment must be received before the exam vouchers are processed.

Q: How do I get a copy of my exam voucher invoice?

Delivery and Returns

Q: When will my exam vouchers be delivered?
A: Exam vouchers will be emailed after processing and payment. Email mindhub@pearson.com if you have not received your exam vouchers within two (2) business days.

Q: What is your return policy for exam vouchers?
A: Exam vouchers cannot be returned. All sales are final.
