Summer '25 Certification Maintenance

Three times a year, Salesforce releases new system features and functionalities (Spring, Summer, and Winter). In accordance with these updates, all certified professionals are required to maintain their certifications by taking a maintenance requirement aligned with the Salesforce product release cycles.

Below is important information regarding the Summer ‘25 maintenance modules. Click on the module name below for details about each maintenance requirement. Note that after completion of the maintenance modules, it can take up to 1 hour for your status to update.

If you do not pass the required maintenance module by its deadline, all certifications maintained by that module will expire, or in some cases become suspended. Please review our expiration policy for more information and refer to the Certification Maintenance Schedule for additional details regarding important maintenance deadlines.

Agentforce Specialist Certification Maintenance (Summer ’25)

This maintenance module is required if you earned the Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification on or before August 25, 2025.
The deadline for this exam is August 21, 2026.
This module will maintain the following certification: Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist

B2B Solution Architect Certification Maintenance (Summer ’25)

This maintenance module is required if you earned the Salesforce Certified B2B Solution Architect certification on or before August 25, 2025.
The deadline for this maintenance module is August 21, 2026.
This maintenance module will maintain the following certification: Salesforce Certified B2B Solution Architect
NOTE: The following modules must all be completed in order to maintain the Salesforce Certified B2B Solution Architect certification: B2B Solution Architect maintenance module + Platform App Builder + Platform Developer + Architect maintenance module

Business Analyst Certification Maintenance (Summer ’25)

This maintenance module is required if you earned the Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification on or before August 25, 2025.
The deadline for this maintenance module is August 21, 2026.
This maintenance module will maintain the following certification: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

Heroku Architect Certification Maintenance (Summer '25)

This maintenance module is required if you earned the Salesforce Certified Heroku Architect certification on or before August 25, 2025.
The deadline for this maintenance module is August 21, 2026.
This maintenance module will maintain the following certification: Salesforce Certified Heroku Architect

Industries CPQ Developer Certification Maintenance (Summer '25)

This maintenance module is required if you earned the Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer certification on or before August 25, 2025.
The deadline for this maintenance module is August 21, 2026.
This maintenance module will maintain the following certification: Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer

JavaScript Developer Certification Maintenance (Summer '25)

This maintenance module is required if you earned the Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer certification on or before August 25, 2025.
The deadline for this maintenance module is August 21, 2026.
This maintenance module will maintain the following certification: Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer

Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist Certification Maintenance (Summer '25)

This maintenance module is required if you earned the Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist certification on or before August 25, 2025.
The deadline for this maintenance module is August 21, 2026.
This maintenance module will maintain the following certifications: Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist and Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant

MuleSoft Platform Integration Architect Maintenance (Summer ’25)

This maintenance module is required if you earned the Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Integration Architect certification on or before August 25, 2025.
The deadline for this exam is August 21, 2026.
This module will maintain the following certification: Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Platform Integration Architect

Omnistudio Consultant Certification Maintenance (Summer '25)

This maintenance module is required if you earned the Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Consultant certification on or before August 25, 2025.
The deadline for this maintenance module is August 21, 2026.
This maintenance module will maintain the following certification: Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Consultant.

Omnistudio Developer Certification Maintenance (Summer '25)

This maintenance module is required if you earned the Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Developer certification on or before August 25, 2025.
The deadline for this maintenance module is August 21, 2026.
This maintenance module will maintain the following certification: Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer

Platform User Experience Designer Certification Maintenance (Summer '25)

This maintenance module is required if you earned the Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer certification on or before August 25, 2025.
The deadline for this maintenance module is August 21, 2026.

Slack Consultant Certification Maintenance (Summer ’25)

This maintenance module is required if you earned the Salesforce Certified Slack Consultant certification on or before August 25, 2025.
