Description
The user faced an issue where dashboards were not loading for Consumer users in Tableau Next due to lack of access to the underlying metrics or semantic models. Although users could see the dashboard titles, the visualizations remained in a loading state.
Résolution

1. Grant 'Viewer' access to the semantic model for Consumer users who are unable to access the dashboard.
2. Ensure that Consumer users have the necessary access permissions to the semantic models and metrics used in the dashboards.
