Once the Archive managed package mTLS certificate expires, the package is no longer able to connect to the backend and you will see errors similar to:
"Get policies list view operation encountered an error, please contact support...."
"App Feature Settings operation encountered an error, please contact support...."
"Get Search Result operation encountered an error, please contact support...."
The Archive managed package uses mTLS certificates to connect to the backend. These have a fixed expiration date and per the Own Support Policy, managed packages are supported 365 days from day of release.
Once this date is reached and the certificate expires, the package is no longer able to connect to the backend and you will see errors when attempting to access the different parts of the managed package.
You can check the current version of your managed package by navigating to the "Home Page" tab, or by navigating to Archive Settings > Org Information in the managed package.
You can also check what the latest version of the package is by consulting the access document here.
Update the managed package to the latest version.
If after the managed package update is completed you still encounter the same errors, or you find that you are already on the latest version, please follow the steps below to re-authenticate.
