Agentforce Operations Support: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Publish Date: Jun 3, 2026
Description

This FAQ is designed to address the highest friction points customers may run into with Agentforce Operations (formerly known as Regrello) to help customer self serve solutions.

I. Basic: Access & Navigation

  1. How do I sign in for the first time? Agentforce Operations is invite-only. You must sign in using the link in your invitation email.
  2. How do I invite a new user? If you have the required permissions, you can invite users from People & Teams by clicking Invite people.Alternatively, you can invite someone by assigning them to a task: enter their email address and select Invite person.
  3. Where can I find my assigned tasks? Navigate to the Tasks tab. Use "System Views" like Assigned directly to me to filter your specific workload.
  4. How do I complete a task? Open the task, fill in the required fields, and click "Complete." You can do this via the web platform or directly through a Agentforce Operations email.
  5. How do I set my Out of Office (OOO) status? Navigate to your profile settings to manually toggle your OOO status. Note that this currently applies to individuals, not teams.

II. Intermediate: Workflow Management

  1. What is a Workflow Reference ID? A unique ID automatically assigned to workflows. It appears under the workflow name and helps track specific instances of a process.
  2. How do I change a workflow name? Names are determined by the Naming Convention set in the blueprint. Changes here apply to all future workflows created from that blueprint.
  3. Can a workflow be paused if it needs to be placed on hold? Yes. Users can Pause a workflow to stop all interactions. You can resume it later to allow users to continue.
  4. Can I use Bulk Create via CSV if my workflow intake includes a Document field? No. The platform does not support Document, Signature, or Data Source fields in workflow intake when using Bulk Create via CSV, so the action will be blocked.

III. Advanced: Blueprint Logic & Configuration

  1. How does Conditional Branching work? It allows stages to start only if specific data criteria are met. All field types and data sources can be used to set these conditions, except for document fields.
  2. Why didn't my next stage start automatically? Check the "Start after" setting. If a stage is triggered manually, it can break the automatic sequence; ensure all preceding stages are selected in the logic.
  3. How do I share information between stages? Use Shared Fields to embed data from previous stages into current task descriptions or fields.
  4. What is RBAC? Role-Based Access Control. RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) is a permission model used to control the actions users can perform within a workspace—such as creating or publishing blueprints, managing data sources, and other actions. It is also used to manage access to blueprints and to control the visibility of workflows.
  5. How do I restore a previous blueprint version? Open the blueprint and navigate to the About tab. In the Change Log, open the version you want to restore, click the three-dot menu, and select Restore this version.

IV. Complex: Data Sources & Integrations

  1. How do I add an external Data Source? Go to AdminData Sources to upload or link external data tables for use in your blueprints.
  2. What causes a "Property Key" error in Data Sources? This occurs when the "Key Column" in your uploaded CSV doesn't match the header or format expected by the system mapping.
  3. Can Agentforce Operations Support integrate with SharePoint? Yes. Agentforce Operations supports automations for storing files in SharePoint.
