Agentforce: Unable to Activate Agentforce Agent

While attempting to activate agentforce agents we are observing the error - 'We can't activate your agent because agents are still being provisioned for this org.'

Risoluzione

Please try the following steps:

1. Toggle Agentforce OFF and ON:
- Go to Setup → Search for "Agentforce".
- Turn OFF the Agentforce toggle
- Wait a few moments
- Turn ON the Agentforce toggle again

If the above doesn't work, also try:
- Go to Setup → Einstein Setup
- Turn OFF "Turn on Einstein"
- Wait a few moments
- Turn it back ON
- Then retry activating the agent

2. Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then log back into Salesforce and attempt activation again.

3. Try a Different Browser: Sometimes browser-specific issues can interfere. Please try using an incognito/private window or a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

4. Verify Feature Enablement:
- Navigate to Setup → Einstein Setup and confirm all required Einstein features are enabled.
- Check Setup → Agents to verify the agent configuration is complete.
