Gong インテグレーションのセットアップ

この手順を実行するには、Gong の管理者アクセス権が必要です。

1. AppExchange に掲載されている Gong for Salesforce に移動します。

2. 記載されている手順に従って、管理パッケージをインストールします。

3. Gong で [Admin center] (管理センター) > [CRM Settings] (CRM 設定) に移動します。

4. Salesforce 設定ページで、[Gong for Salesforce] タブをクリックします。

5. [Include Transcript] (トランスクリプトを含める) を選択して保存します。

過去の日付のトランスクリプトを含めるには、Gong にリクエストを送信します。次の情報を記載します。 

• Case Reason (ケースの理由) - I have a question about configuring or using Gong (Gong の設定または使用に関する質問)

• Choose your issue below (以下から問題を選択してください): Product Usage/ Best Practices (how to use a feature, recommended approach) (製品の使用方法 / ベストプラクティス (機能の使用方法、推奨アプローチ))

• Area in the Product (製品の分野) - CRM

• What specific area would you like help with (サポートが必要な具体的な分野を教えてください) - CRM Sync issue (CRM 同期の問題)

• Choose your Issue CRM Sync Issue (該当する CRM 同期の問題を選択してください) - SFDC (Salesforce) Sync issue (SFDC (Salesforce) 同期の問題)

• What type of activity is not being synced to your CRM? (CRM に同期されていないアクティビティの種類を教えてください) - All of the above (上記のすべて)

• Can you please provide link(s) to an example activity in Gong? (Gong のアクティビティの例を示すリンクを入力してください) - Gong for Salesforce Transcript Backfill Request (Gong for Salesforce のトランスクリプトのバックフィルリクエスト)

• Give us more details (詳細を入力してください) - Please execute a backfill of the call transcript for conversations as of mm/dd/yyyy (mm/dd/yyyy 以降の会話の通話トランスクリプトについて、バックフィルを実行してください)
