During Event record creation the WHO ID and WHAT ID field not defaulting to Account and Contact objects for non English users

When the user tries to create an event using the activity timeline of an Account or via the calendar, the account and contact are not the default search options in the WHO ID and WHAT ID fields. When the user's language is changed from English to Spanish, it changes the default search options from accounts and contacts to other objects, for example, leads.
Refer to the image below when the user's language is in English. We can see under the related to section that the WHO ID field default selection is the Contact object and the Related to (WHAT ID) field defaults to the Account object. 
Refer to the below image When the user's language is in Spanish, we can see under the Related to section the WHO ID field's default selection is Lead object and the Related to (WHAT ID) field defaults to Assess object. 
Løsning
The above-explained scenario is working as designed. Those objects are auto-populated based on alphabetical order. In the WHO ID field, you can select "Contact" and "Lead" object records. When the user is in English,
C comes first in Alphabetical order, it will populate contact. If the user's language is Spanish, the lead object name is "Activo", which will come first by default. The same logic applies for the "Related to" field. When the user's language changes to Spanish; the Asset object name in Spanish comes first in alphabetical order.
In all scenarios, the objects are populated based on the object name that is present in alphabetical order of the user language.
Note- WHO ID is the Name lookup field on Activities that accepts Contact or Lead records. WHAT ID is the Related To lookup field that accepts Account, Opportunity, and other object records.
