How to Handle Receiving the Email: Mobile Publisher (iOS): [Mobile Publisher Action Required: Please Fill Out Your iOS App Age Rating Form]

This article is intended for customers who have subscribed to Mobile Publisher and are submitting an iOS application, as well as customers who have received the above email. If you receive this email, you will need to configure App Age Ratings in App Store Connect.

The settings required will vary depending on the content of the Experience Cloud site connected to Mobile Publisher. The answers to the 7 questions in App Age Ratings are generally "No", but please configure them according to the content of your Experience Cloud site.

12. Select Edit next to App Age Ratings and answer all the seven steps listed. Generally, the default answer is No to most of the questions, but your app’s needs can be different. We recommend you pay special attention to the Capabilities and the Wellness or Medical sections.
  1. Select Done.
