How to Handle Receiving the Email: Mobile Publisher (iOS): [Mobile Publisher Action Required: Missing Invitation to Apple Store]

This article is intended for customers who have subscribed to Mobile Publisher and are submitting an iOS application, as well as customers who have received the above email. If you receive this email, additional action is required in App Store Connect.
Salesforce needs access to your App Store Connect in order to create the Mobile Publisher application. Therefore, you will need to grant permissions to and invite the address xxxxx@salesforcemobilepublihser.com listed in the email. As the invitation may not have been completed, please refer to the steps in the Resolution section to verify your settings.

Grant Salesforce App Manager access to your App Store Connect account to distribute your branded application.
  1. Go to Users and Access.
  2. To add a user, click [+] to add a user.
  3. Fill in the following fields:
    a. Enter "Publisher" in First Name.
    b. Enter "Salesforce" in Last Name.
    c. Enter the Salesforce developer's email address in Email.
  4. Select the App Manager role.
  5. Check the Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles checkbox.
  6. Under Apps, select the Salesforce Mobile Publisher application you previously created.
  7. Click Invite.
