This article is intended for customers who have subscribed to Mobile Publisher and are submitting an iOS application, as well as customers who have received the above email. If you receive this email, additional action is required in App Store Connect.
In order for Salesforce to create your Mobile Publisher application, access to your App Store Connect is required.
Therefore, you will need to grant permissions and send an invitation to the email address listed in the email: xxxxx@salesforcemobilepublihser.com.
There is a possibility that the permissions granted may be insufficient, so please refer to the steps outlined in the resolution section to review your settings.
Invite Salesforce to Your App Store Connect Account

Grant Salesforce with App Manager access to your App Store Connect account to distribute your branded app.
Complete these steps after logging into https://appstoreconnect.apple.com.
1.Navigate to Users and Access.
2.To add a user, click + to add a user.
3.Fill out these fields:
a.Enter Publisher for the First Name.
b.Enter Salesforce for the Last Name.
c.Enter the Salesforce Developer Email address for Email.
4.Select the App Manager role.
5.Check the Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles check box.
6.Under Apps, select the Salesforce Mobile Publisher app you created earlier.
7.Click Invite.
