With Salesforce Service and Sales products, due to Microsoft migrating Outlook over the web domain from https://outlook.office.com to https://outlook.cloud.microsoft, Outlook Integration users can experience an issue during login where the add-in hangs with the message “This app can take some time to load” and spinning dots.
The Microsoft announcement can be found at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/cloud-microsoft-domain?view=o365-worldwide.
To resolve the problem where OWA users' integration hangs, Salesforce administrators can add the https://outlook.cloud.microsoft domain to the Microsoft® Outlook® Web App Domain section on the org's "Outlook Integration and Lightning Sync" setup page to resolve the issue.
Salesforce will also release a patch in the near future to add this new domain to the page by default.
