When a Login Flow configured to "Render Flow in Lightning Runtime" does not appear on mobile devices after authentication, the issue is typically caused by conflicting IP Relaxation settings on the Connected App.
When a Login Flow configured to "Render Flow in Lightning Runtime" does not render on mobile devices after authentication, the issue is caused by an incompatibility between the Lightning Runtime rendering and relaxed IP Restriction settings on the Connected App. Two workarounds are available.
Outcome: Users can immediately log in and access the flow. Note: The flow renders in Classic view instead of Lightning, so the visual appearance may differ. All functionality remains intact.
Outcome: Resolves the issue completely and allows Lightning Runtime rendering to work properly. Note: Requires regression testing to ensure IP restrictions do not block legitimate users. May require configuration of IP ranges for mobile users.
