Agentforce : Salesforce Hosted MCP Servers (Beta) – Availability and Access Requirements

The Enable MCP Service (Beta) capability, also referred to as Salesforce Hosted MCP Servers (Beta), is currently available only as part of a restricted Pilot/Beta program.

Important:

• The feature is not currently available for enablement in production orgs.

• Salesforce Support cannot enable this feature directly.

• Access is limited to approved Pilot/Beta participants.

Participation in the program requires nomination and approval through your Salesforce Account Executive (AE).

The Beta testing window closed on October 17. Broader availability is expected once the feature progresses toward General Availability (GA).
