As of March 2, 2026, Salesforce has acquired Momentum, a leading conversational insights and revenue orchestration platform. The acquisition extends the ability of Agentforce 360 and Slackbot to ingest and analyze unstructured data from third-party video channels and apply those insights directly to agentic workflows.

Momentum and Salesforce are excited to come together to deliver best-in-class support and integrated success experiences in the upcoming months.

Any changes to the support and success experiences will be communicated prior to those changes going live. For now, if you need assistance on the Momentum product please continue to work with your Momentum Customer Success Manager or email support@momentum.io.
