During the Visual Remote Assistant package installation or update in a sandbox environment, users encounter a persistent error at Step 4 (Account Activation):
"We were unable to register your account properly, please check the following prerequisites."
All prerequisite checkboxes appear marked, configurations have been verified, but the activation cannot complete. This prevents the creation of the VRA technical user and blocks further installation progress.
The Account Activation failure is typically caused by IP restrictions on the user profile that prevent the Techsee service from communicating with your Salesforce sandbox org to complete the activation process.
The Visual Remote Assistant package requires communication with Techsee IP addresses. Ensure the following IP addresses are added to your profile's trusted IP range:
