Issue Description:
Users attempting to log in to the Salesforce Field Service app via SSO encounter the following error:
"Server Error - Can't connect to the server: Frame Load Interrupted".
The login process fails without completing authentication.
Root Cause:
-> This error occurs when the SSO authentication flow is interrupted inside the app's internal WebView (WKWebView).
-> This is commonly triggered by:• An MDM solution (e.g., Azure/Intune, Jamf) with an Enterprise SSO extension enabled•
-> The SSO redirect being blocked within the app's internal browser• Advanced Authentication configurations (e.g., Azure AD) that are incompatible with WebView-based login
Resolution:
Enable Native Browser Authentication (Primary Fix)
1. Go to Setup → My Domain → Authentication Configuration.
2. Enable "Use the native browser for user authentication on iOS".
3. For Android users, Enable "Use the native browser for user authentication on Android".
4. Save changes and have the affected user retry SSO login.
