In Revenue Cloud Advanced product configuration on Browse Catalogs, the gear icon may sometimes appear inactive or greyed out when users are working with bundled products. The gear icon is typically used to open the configuration panel where users can view or modify detailed settings for individual bundle components.
However, when the icon is disabled, users are unable to access these configuration options directly from the product line.
To resolve this issue, ensure that the appropriate sharing settings and object level read access are configured for the Product Component Group/Product Component Group Override objects. If users do not have the required access to these object(s), the configuration gear icon may appear greyed out when they attempt to configure bundled products.
Once the correct sharing access is provided, users will be able to interact with the gear icon and access the detailed configuration settings for bundled products in Revenue Cloud Advanced.
Refer to Document below to ensure Record Sharing in Product Catalog Management is configured properly: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.product_catalog_record_sharing_in_product_catalog_management.htm&type=5
Note: When Select Qualification Procedure is enabled under Product Discovery Settings and you click on 'Browse Catalogs' and select any catalog but no products are displayed on UI:
