Save a digital image of an acceptable proof of identification that verifies your legal name to your computer or phone to attach to your support case and share with a Trailhead support engineer.
Examples of acceptable identification include a valid, government-issued photo ID that exactly matches your updated legal name. Your photo must be recent and reflect your current appearance. The following are acceptable forms of identification:
International travel passport.
Plastic driver's license.
Identification card (national, state, or province ID card).
Alien registration card (green card or permanent resident/visa).
Certain types of Aadhaar card (See Aadhaar ID Policy for OnVUE).
Brazilian paper-based driver's license or ID card (Carteira de identidade Nacional).
To view the full ID policy, including any additional allowances, visit Pearson’s Global ID Policy 1S.
Visit Salesforce Help and submit a support case to request a legal name change within your Trailhead Academy Account. In your case description, clearly state what you would like your new legal name to be.
Once your case is created, immediately attach the digital image of your acceptable proof of identification to the case. A Trailhead support engineer will verify your proof of identity and confirm they have changed your legal name in your Trailhead Academy Account
