7. Common Issues & Troubleshooting

IssueResolution
MuleSoft Vibes is not visible in Anypoint Code BuilderEnsure Agentforce is enabled in the Salesforce Org and the org is connected to Anypoint Platform. Logout and login again after setup.
Unable to access MuleSoft Vibes despite setupVerify the Anypoint user has required permissions/roles as per official documentation. Contact your Anypoint Org Admin if access is missing.
Vibes not responding or failing to generate outputEnsure MCP Server is enabled in Vibes settings. Also verify that the Salesforce Org is correctly linked and active.
Error while sending prompts / Vibes not processing requestsCheck if the Salesforce Org is Einstein-enabled and properly linked. Vibes relies on this connection to process prompts via the Einstein Trust Layer
Prompts working intermittently or switching behaviorUsers have a daily limit (~150 prompts on premium model) after which the system switches to a fallback model (gpt-4o-mini). This is expected behavior
Unable to deploy applications generated by VibesDeployment requires explicit user approval. Ensure the logged-in user has deployment permissions for the target environment
Generated output is incomplete or not as expectedProvide clear and detailed prompts. Vibes relies on input context and may ask for additional inputs if requirements are unclear.
Unable to connect or use MCP Server featuresEnsure MCP Server is enabled and properly configured. By default, Vibes includes MuleSoft MCP Server out-of-the-box
Concern about data security while using VibesMuleSoft Vibes uses Einstein Trust Layer, which ensures no customer data is retained and applies masking, validation, and security controls
