Conga Quote and Invoice Generation Retirement

The current partnership between Salesforce and Conga that provides access to Quote and Invoice Generation services is coming to an end. As a result, these services were no longer available for renewal after March 17, 2026. We will continue to honor your existing subscription until the contract end date.

What does this change mean for me?

Your service will continue without interruption until your current or renewed contract term expires.

What action can I take?

If you are using this service and want to ensure your business operations continue smoothly, you can choose one of the transition options before your subscription ends.

1. Salesforce Document Generation (Preferred): Migrate to Salesforce's advanced native Document Generation solution, which will be provided to you as a service at $0 cost, excluding any cost to migrate templates to this solution.
2. Conga Licensing: Secure a direct license from Conga to continue using their specific product.

If you require assistance to migrate your document generation templates to OmniStudio, we recommend contacting one of our certified System Integration Partners, Argano, Forsys, Neocol, and Shiftlogic, who have capabilities in both solutions. The estimated cost to migrate one template is approximately $3,000 to $5,000. Actual costs will vary depending on your use case and will be determined as you engage with these partners on this migration.
