The technician was unable to consume products in the Field Service Mobile app due to a configuration issue. The message displayed was 'Inventory not configured'.
1. Make sure that user is assigned with Product object page layout
2. Check and Grant access to the Location field on the Service Resource object through profile or permission set.
3. Logout and login back to the FSL mobile app and try testing the behavior.
