You can rearrange the objects displayed in the Salesforce mobile application menu by creating and customizing your Lightning application. If you don't use a custom Lightning application and instead use the default Mobile Only application, you can similar sorting to your needs using Salesforce Navigation and Smart Search items. Smart Search items display a list of items (objects) that the user has recently accessed.
Using a Lightning App
1.Create a Lightning application by following the "Create Lightning Apps" guide.
2.In the "App Options" section of the App Settings, select Desktop and phone or Phone under "Supported Form Factors".
3.Click Save.
4.Click "Navigation Items" and move the required objects or pages from Available Items to Selected Items.
5.Use the up and down arrows in the Selected Items list to sort them as you need.
6.Click Save.
7.Click "User Profiles" and move the required profiles from Available Profiles to Selected Profiles.
8.Click Save.
Using the Mobile Only App
Notes:
1) Add Smart Search Items
Since objects like Accounts, Opportunities, and custom objects are included under Smart Search Items, If you need sort these objects, you must add this component to enable sorting.
1.Log in to Salesforce via a desktop browser as an system administrator.
2.Go to Setup > Apps > Mobile Apps > Salesforce > Salesforce Navigation.
3.Move "Smart Search Items" from Available to Selected.
Note: If Smart Search Items is placed at the top, the objects within it will appear in the navigation bar.
4.Click Save.
2) Sort Smart Search Items
1.Log in to Salesforce via a desktop browser as the user.
2.Click your user icon in the top right and select "Switch to Salesforce Classic".
3.Click the "Search..." bar at the top and execute a search without entering any text.
4.In the object list on the left, hover over the items you want to keep visible and click the Pin icon to pin them.
5.Click the pin and then rearrange them in any order using "Pin to Top".
6.Click Save.
