TBID Login with Salesforce after Salesforce Express Connect (SEC) enabled

Description

TBID (Trailblazer Identity) redirects users to login.salesforce.com to authenticate users with their Salesforce account. For customers who moved to Hyperforce with Salesforce Express Connect (SEC) enabled, the login.salesforce.com page will not open and hence they cannot use their Salesforce accounts to login with TBID. TBID login with non-Salesforce login methods (Mulesoft, email-otp, Google, etc.) will continue to work.

Résolution
  1. If the objective of the user to use their Salesforce account in TBID login to raise a help case, they can use the relay flow log in the Salesforce (SF) org and then select Get help from there. Relay flow uses *.my.salesforce.com and will work.
  2. If the objective of the user is to use their Salesforce account in TBID login for www.salesforce.com or other properties, they wouldn’t be able to do so. Such customers can add AWS Direct Connect to their network as explained in Option 3: Add AWS Direct Connect (DX) Alongside SEC Before Login Traffic Transition AWS DX.
