Update Agentforce Solutions in AgentExchange

Package Your Agentic Components

To make sure your solution appears in search results, we recommend these best practices:

• When packaging an Agentforce solution, provide clear title and description metadata for each agent, subagent, and action. Titles and descriptions drive discovery.

• For published packages that don’t include descriptions for each component, we recommend adding them in your package in a new package version and linking the new package version to your listings. Missing metadata details can lead to poor discovery of your application in the Agentforce Builder. 

To update your package for best discovery: 

1. Package your agentic components using the Salesforce packaging framework.

2. Give each component, including actions, subagents, and agents, a clear title and description. 

3. Reference your Partner Console listing and the Partner Community for packaging documentation.

Update Your AgentExchange Listing

If you have a published Agentforce Solution, or are in the process of publishing one, the publishing console includes a separate Agentforce Details page. Use this page to review and create titles and descriptions for each action, subagent, and agent in your package. Keep in mind that these descriptions are used by the semantic search in AgentExchange to present your listing in relevant search queries being entered by visitors

To update your listing:

1. Go to the Publishing tab in the Salesforce Partner Community and log in to the Partner Publishing Console. 

2. Go to your AgentExchange listing.

3. Go to the Link your Solution section, and select the Agentforce Details page.

4. Component metadata of actions, subagents and agents are pre-filled for you, but must be reviewed and updated by you to make them fit with the use cases they try to address. Update the pre-filled titles and descriptions for each action, subagent, and agent. Descriptions should accurately reflect the component’s capabilities and include any important keywords that the component can be a solution for.

5. Submit your listing for review and publication.
